there are many misunderstanding , blaming in this world . sometimes saying "SORRY" will not just "blow" that thing away from people's mind. they will keep gossip about you , back stabbing you ....
So what can we do is , show them a better us . Show to them , prove that they are wrong .. It's no use to argue with them . Your actions will just prove everything ...
